The Kelleher firm, of Danbury, Conn., will be offering the comprehensive mint collection of the world, 1840–1950, amassed over decades by the philatelist Adolph J. Capurro. The sale will consist of approximately 800 lots.

This collection will touch the widest possible range of both collectors and dealers. For the mint singles collector, there are hundreds of popular sought-after sets from the British Empire, through A–Z general foreign. The collection lots which accompany nearly every country are outstanding and will undoubtedly please the collector looking to embark on a new collecting area or the dealer, who will rarely get the opportunity to acquire mint collections of this stature.
